Phantom Siita is a new J-Pop girl group from Cloud Nine, comprising of 5 members; Mona (16), Miu (19), Rinka (17), Hisui (21), and Moka (17). They were formed by none other than vocal icon Ado, who set out in 2023 with the goal of creating a horror-style idol group. 
The name “Phantom Siita” was created as a combination of the term “Phantom” (alluding to their “retro horror concept”) and “Siita”, combining the scientific term for the Monarch butterfly and Swallowtail moth; Parantica sita and Epicopeia hainesii.
The track follows their debut single “Otomodachi“, which has a similar eerie, sinister vibe. With a combination of horror aesthetics, and interestic pop melodies, the career trajectory of Phantom Siita will be an interesting one to witness.
