Rumors claiming NewJeans‘ Minji and Haerin went clubbing have been exposed.
On August 6, a post titled “That Online Community Is Spreading Minji And Haerin Club Rumors” went viral. The post has since been viewed over 50K times as of this writing.
In the post, the author uploaded several screenshots of photos uploaded to the DC Inside community. In the screenshots, a user claimed that Minji and Haerin went clubbing after Tottenham Hotspur‘s match against Bayern Munich.

The author then exposes the truth about the allegation and the photo. According to the author, the photo that was used as “Evidence” is actually from a RPS fan fiction account. RPS, which stands for Real Person Splash is a controversial subgenre of fan fiction.
On that day, Minji went on a livestream right after finishing her schedule. Also, Haerin is a minor, so club rumors are LOL. To make it worse, the evidence that the post uploads is from a RPS account, LOL. All those old ass men who believe this and the old ass women who are spreading this are all embarrassing. Seriously, what are we going to do with you guys?

It’s important to note that DC Inside is a controversial right-wing community best known for its incel users and threats of knife attacks. The community has been supporting HYBE in their feud against Min Hee Jin, largely due to the fact that Min Hee Jin is dominating the old men who have always ruled the entertainment industry.
