This marks his return to MBC after a decade, following his role in Splendid Politics.

In Undercover High School, a 12-episode comical action series, Seo portrays Jung Hae-seong, an NIS agent demoted after a major operational mishap.

Tasked with infiltrating a high school to locate Emperor Gojong’s missing gold bars, he leads a unique double life, blending the thrills of espionage with the trials of student life.

Seo Kang Jun, who debuted in 2013 with Suspicious Housekeeper and garnered acclaim in dramas like The Third Charm, When The Weather Is Fine, Watcher, and Grid, has chosen this series for his return, heightening anticipation for his performance.

The script is penned by Lim Young-bin, known for Sketch and Bad Prosecutor, and directed by producer Choi Jung-in, further boosting expectations.

Undercover High School, Seo’s comeback project, promises to be a delightful and engaging comic action drama, airing on MBC’s Friday-Saturday slot in 2025.
