EXO-CBX‘s Baekhyun‘s latest message has been met with backlash.
On June 17, a post titled “Baekhyun’s Bubble Message From Yesterday” went viral. In the post, the author uploaded a message from EXO-CBX’s Baekhyun.
In a world of no absolutes, I really hope that our fans, who gave me absolute love, have a better day. I just really miss you guys.
— Baekhyun
Despite the sweet messages, fans didn’t appreciate the idol reaching out to fans while facing allegations that EXO-CBX had exploited EXO’s name for their own gain. Fans compared Baekhyun to Sechs Kiss member Kang Sung Hoon, who previously was exposed for using fans.
- “Lol, I’m curious. Will doing this work?”
- “So he’s asking for absolute devotion…”
- “He’s so clingy…”
- “Sigh, seriously, lol.”
- “He’s all talk.”
- “He’s giving fans a legendary amount of grief.”
- “Shouldn’t he not use ‘LE’?”
- “He’s basically Kang Sung Hoon.”
- “He seriously reminds me of Kang Sung Hoon.”
- “Kang Sung Hoon, dejavu.”
